Exchange study

Exchange students from partner universities are welcome to study at the St. Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design for one semester or for one academic year. However, an applicant should keep in mind that THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF STUDIES AT SAINT PETERSBURG STIEGLITZ STATE ACADEMY OF ART AND DESIGN IS RUSSIAN Application process: 1) Check the list of partner universities to see if the sending institution has a partnership agreement with the St. Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design. 2) International Coordinator of the sending institution sends an e-mail to our International Relations Office (Адрес электронной почты защищен от спам-ботов. Для просмотра адреса в вашем браузере должен быть включен Javascript.) with the necessary information regarding exchange program applicants. 3) Fill in and acquire the following documents:

• Application form (you can use Acrobat Reader to fill form electronically, print, sign, put a stamp OR you can print form, fill it manually in block letters, sign, and put a stamp on it)
• Transcript of Records 
• Portfolio
• Copy of an international passport
• CV (Résumé)
• Motivation letter
• Recommendation letter

All documents must be completed either in Russian or English. 4) Send the complete application form and other required documents in PDF format via e-mail to Адрес электронной почты защищен от спам-ботов. Для просмотра адреса в вашем браузере должен быть включен Javascript. or via regular mail to: Russia, 191028, Saint Petersburg, Solyanoy pereulok 13, International Relations Office.  Please note that all the required documents should be provided to the International Relations Office by the end of the application period.

Letter of acceptance

Within one month after receiving the documents, the International Relations Office will mail the admission decision to the applicant and his/her sending institution. Accepted students will receive the letter of acceptance.
